Profile controls are designed to restrict your fuel cards and prevent additional unauthorized fueling. Fuel cards can be restricted on one or all of the following criteria.

• Gallons: Daily, weekly, and monthly gallon control limits are available.
• Days: Your fuel cards will only work on the days you want them to.
• Hours: Your fuel cards will only work on the hours you want them to.
• Transaction Limits: You can control how many times a fuel card is used.
• State Restrictions: Your fuel cards will only work in the states you want.
• Site Restrictions (currently available in Las Vegas only): Your fuel cards will only work at the fuel sites you want.

Unusual Activity Reports are designed to flag a fuel card if that fuel card exceeds a limit that you have set. These reports do not stop your employee from fueling. They are designed to give notification of a fuel card exceeding a limit. You can have a card flagged based on any one or all of the following.

• Transactions: We will notify you when any one of your fuel cards exceeds.
• Gallons: We will notify you when any one of your fuel cards exceeds.
• Fuel Type: We can notify you whenever a certain type of fuel is purchased.

Receive an e-receipt to your e-mail within minutes every time any one of your fuel cards is used.

This feature allows you to access your account anytime from your computer. You can look at your transactions, and you can deactivate or activate a fuel card.
